For International Women’s Day 2020, women gathered across 6 continents to have their photographs taken as part of the ‘Face the Future’ campaign, celebrating gender equality and diversity in the law. Dana Denis-Smith is the founder of the First 100 Years project, which launched in 2014 to chart the history of women in law, and Next 100 Years, which aims to create a more equal future for the next generation of female lawyers.
